Seated chair massage is performed in a comfortable massage chair designed to relax the body.  The client remains fully clothed, no lotion is used, and sessions range from 10 to 30 minutes.  The chair is portable, lightweight, and easy to set up in most offices or break rooms.

Techniques Used

Seated chair massage utilizes various techniques including Swedish massage and Trigger Point therapy to relieve tension in the head, neck, back, shoulders and arms.  The session ends with quick revitalizing strokes bringing the client back to a state of full alertness.

 

Employee Reward

Substitute a congratulations in the office newsletter after a strong fiscal quarter with a sign-up in the break room for a complimentary seated chair massage.  For regular stress relief consider scheduling on-going weekly, biweekly or monthly appointments. Chair massage also makes a nice addition to company picnics and parties.

 

Chair Massage Rates

Chair massage is $1 per minute or $55 per hour (includes  6.75% MN taxes) with a one-hour minimum and can be paid either by the business or the employee.  A travel fee of $1/mile one-way will be added for services distant from the Snyder Massage & Bodywork office location. Mileage may be waived depending on services requested.  Services are available daily by appointment from 9am - 9pm.
